Haywood Magee Into Action Aboard A Cruiser Picture Post 11th September 1943

As Scylla comes under attack from long range Fw200 Condor's, Magee captures the intensity of a warship at action stations in the ensuing battle, during which the Scylla survived a near miss.Captain Ian MacIntyre is photographed on the bridge in the midst of the battle, and later at rest in his cabin.
